When this vibrant family of four moved into their new-to-them home in Northwest Billings, they were thrilled—most of the spaces had been thoughtfully renovated by the previous owner and suited their style. All except one: the primary bathroom.
Outdated and oddly configured, the original layout left much to be desired, especially with the toilet positioned awkwardly in the middle of the room. It lacked both privacy and polish.
Inspired by the homeowners’ vision of a serene, spa-like shower clad in green tile paired with marble flooring, we reimagined the space to balance both function and beauty.
By reworking the layout and shifting both sides of the room towards the east-facing window, we created space for a dedicated water closet and a dreamy makeup vanity—now a favorite feature for our client.
To infuse even more personality and charm, the powder room received wall treatments of nickel gap paneling and fun wallpaper—a nod to the green tile and midcentury modern vibe carried throughout the space.
Vintage artwork and décor were the final touches, bringing warmth, character and a bit of magic to this modern retreat.
